EPW - Swiss, high grade split-seconds chronograph, mvt and dial marked for retailer David Mayer of Hartford, Connecticut, 53mm, massive 18K rose gold OF original J&S (Jeannot & Shiebler) case, gold cuvette, white enamel DS dial, SW-LS, fully capped lever escapement, 20J or greater, snail-cam regulator, fausses-côtes pattern nickel damascene, s#3250. Gross weight of assembled watch 90.5 dwt (141.0 g). Gross weight of case only with crystal included but with stem and crown excluded 49.8 dwt (77.4 g).
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, recently serviced in 2021, good chronograph and split-seconds function, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, some scattered fine to micro-fine scratches, steelwork with some scattered bits of oxide; flawless dial; mint hands; case shows little wear, no dents or dings, bezel closing with small bit of gap to band along right side; tight bow, crown shows ample wear; glass crystal with very small scratch at lower-right.
